Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Collective Lifestyle. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you. Don't worry, we're really chill and will work something out with you.
SHIPPING
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to deliver within 2-6 working days approximately (Mon-Fri) in the US, and 3-12 days worldwide. Orders placed after 1pm may take an extra days delivery. Please note, during busy periods, such as sale and Christmas, US delivery may take between 3-8 days and for worldwide shipping 12-17 days.
Orders that are advertised in our social media posts or in the product description as pre-orders usually take about a 7-10 business days to be delivered.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as you have received your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email from us with your USPS tracking number, you will know it has left our warehouse on this date. Please note, all shipments are collected around 5pm PST, so no tracking numbers will show any movement on the USPS website before this time, as the orders would not have been scanned out of our warehouse and into first location on route to you.
DO YOU SHIP OUT OF THE USA?
Yes. All our International orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. USPS and Collective Lifestyle are not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Collective Lifestyle Online cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance.
Collective Lifestyle Online tries to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
SHOULD I INCLUDE MY PHONE NUMBER WHEN ORDERING?
Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added to all orders, including paypal and paypal express. The carrier needs this incase of any difficulty finding an address. Failure in providing one could result in a severe delay of your delivery.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Never fear, if your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
EXCHANGES
If you purchased an item(s) from collectivelifestylestore.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 20 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. Please contact us prior to returning the item to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. RETURNS
Online
Item(s) purchased from collectivelifestylestore.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 20 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition or items and items purchased on sale can not be returned for a refund.
To return an item(s) from a refund just send us an email at collectivelifestylela@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @collectivelifestylela to get a return authorization number. Send us your order number and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
